Guidelines for Derivatives Works of Wuthering Waves

The following Guidelines are made by Kurogame Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. ("We", "Kurogame" hereinafter), for the purpose of a care-free environment that allows Rovers to make derivate works utilizing their creatives talents. Rovers may read these Guidelines when they encounter any confusion or ambiguity during their creative process for the making of derivatives works, and we wish relative contents herein be observed for those works.

I. Scope of Application

  1. Attention: Kurogame has the full and complete Intellectual Property Right with regards to Wuthering Waves, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights and related properties and benefits. Any and all Intellectual Property Right of Wuthering Waves and related materials shall not be transferred or made available for sharing in any form under any circumstances.

  2. These Guidelines are applicable to such contents to which Kurogame has the full and complete Intellectual Property Rights as are published as part of the Wuthering Waves franchise (including but not limited to names of virtual characters, character outlooks, storylines, graphics, musical works and video works etc.), referred to hereinafter as "Authorized Contents".

  3. The "Derivatives Works" referred to in these Guidelines are defined as those independent new works re-created by derivatives creators with reference to Authorized Contents in the forms of literary works, pictures, videos or material objects etc., with the exception of games (material or digital), software and commercial works/merchandises (material or digital).

II. Standards and Requirements regarding Derivates Creating

  A. When being involved in re-creation, derivate creators should observe the following standards:

    1. The contents created in this way should not be in breach of any national laws, regulations, principles or policies;

    2. The contents created in this way should not constitute damage to the brand images and interests of Kurogame and Wuthering Waves;

    3. The contents created in this way should not constitute infringements of any third parties rights; specifically, damage should not be done to the reputation rights and image rights of any third parties, and contents to which any third parties have intellectual property right should not be used;

In the cases where the aforementioned standards are not observed, the derivate creators shall be held solely accountable, and Kurogame assumes no responsibility. In addition, Kurogame retains the right to request the removal of those works from availability, and the right to pursue legal actions.

  B. Any individuals or organizations shall not attempt to register trademarks, file for copyrights, or apply for patents for part or the whole of Wuthering Waves and Derivates Works thereof in any country or region.

Disclaimer

- Depending on the form in which Our products are used, there are possibilities of such use being requested to stop or related contents being requested to be deleted.

When this is the case, please follow Our requests. Additionally, in the cases where We find certain use inappropriate, We might request for the deletion of related contents on corresponding websites, or for the cessation of provision of related contents.

- During the use of Our products, We make no warrants or guarantees with regards to any rights (including but not limited to "non-infringement of third party rights"). If any user right is damaged during the use, or if disputes arise between users and third parties, We assume no responsibilities.

- Once Our products are used, consent is deemed to be given to all contents of these Guidelines.


Kurogame may modify the contents of these Guidelines at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.
We assume no responsibilities for any losses incurred due to the modification of these Guidelines.
